1. Who and why

Imagio Labs (“we”) is an agentic software studio in Dhaka. We collect only what our swarms need to serve you — and we practice what our own Compliance Sync product preaches: minimal collection, declared processors, no ad trackers anywhere on this site.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, business name, portal activity.
• Service targets: what you ask a swarm to watch — product names, keywords, site URLs, repo connections, ownership proofs, policy URLs.
• Free audit submissions: the email and details you enter in an audit form, and the findings that result.
• Operational logs: agent runs, dispatched actions, evidence references — the audit trail that makes our service accountable to you.

3. Processors we rely on

• Lemon Squeezy - billing, invoices, tax (merchant of record)
• Supabase — database and task queues (ap-southeast-1)
• Backblaze B2 — evidence and report storage
• Firecrawl — web crawling and scraping
• Hugging Face — model inference used to draft notices and clauses
• Resend — transactional email
• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions
• GitHub — repository access you explicitly grant (Compliance Sync, Link Rescue)

4. Model providers, in plain words

Our agents use language models to draft takedown notices, replacement-link candidates and policy clauses. Those prompts may include the target data needed to do the job (product names, URLs, policy text). We minimize what is sent, never send ownership proof files to model providers, and never use your data to train anything.

5. Retention and your rights

Service data is kept while your subscription is active and for 90 days after, then deleted on request or cycle. You may ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email hello@imagiolabs.com and we action it, regardless of where you live (GDPR, CCPA or otherwise).

6. Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. None. We do not run third-party analytics. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
